Let Me Introduce Myself…
I am a UX design generalist. I enjoy taking charge of the entire design process - from
researching and defining the scope, to generating ideas, creating rapid prototypes and
compelling visuals, and finally testing and validating the designs with users.
I believe that good design creates value. I aim to have a thorough
understanding of business objectives, design trends, and best practices, and most
importantly, the people I design for. I craft functional, simple, and useful experiences
that connect the user needs with business objectives.
Most recently I’ve led the UX design of several B2C e-commerce and B2B
marketing sites. Before that, I worked as a remote consultant or in-house UX/UI designer
for cross-functional and distributed teams. I designed and improved user and brand
experience for digital products and services for pharmaceutical, financial, education, and
technology industries.
On a personal note… I enjoy studying psychology and learning about peoples’
motivations, perceptions, and behavior. In my free time, I
recharge with yoga and Qigong, go hiking, bake a warm loaf of homemade artisan bread, and
explore anything that ignites my creativity. I am a
first-generation Canadian. Now live in the Northern California Sacramento area with my
husband Stan and our beloved family Abyssinian cat Sean.
I’d love to tell you more
about my qualifications and experience, learn about your company, and discuss the
possibility of being a part of your team. Please contact me by
